On 21 February 1998, Fast Track Solution Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited company with the name LEC Systems Sdn Bhd and subsequently changed its name to Fast Track Solution on 14 November 2002.
